La tra\u00ed\u00f1a es una embarcaci\u00f3n dedicada al pescado azul en la modalidad de cerco con jareta, que constituye el grueso de la flota pesquera barbate\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contemplamos la poltrona de almadraba de paso que se cala en el mes de abril, comenzando su leva a mediados de junio. Eso al derecho, cuando los peces emigran hacia el Mediterr\u00e1neo. Y al rev\u00e9s, a mediados de octubre, cuando vuelven al Oc\u00e9ano tras el desove.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de que la almadraba de Barbate es de las m\u00e1s tard\u00edas, data de finales del siglo XIX, se convirti\u00f3 en la m\u00e1s importante, al coronarse el at\u00fan como rey gastron\u00f3mico del Imperio del Sol Naciente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fuerza y car\u00e1cter, como las im\u00e1genes que muestran una vida paralela en el puerto, con una templanza alejada de la <em>levant\u00e1<\/em>, donde el gran Minotauro se deja enredar en el laberinto creado por el hombre, para finalizar en manos de otra industria, donde se procede al ronqueo del at\u00fan, como es el caso de la antigua f\u00e1brica de conserva de pescado \u00abEl Rey de Oros\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las anclas, redes y boyas almacenadas cuando se quitan los enseres del arte de la almadraba \u2014conocido como fase de leva\u2014 ense\u00f1an una dimensi\u00f3n tit\u00e1nica de lo que los ojos no ven, pero se imaginan. Los cielos cargados de intensidad proyectan movimiento en unos barcos relajados tras la faena.
